We are excited to inform you that the BIA Parade of Homes has announced today that Jerome Village will officially be the site of the 2018 BIA Parade of Homes at the Eversole Run neighborhood. Situated in Jerome Township, near Plain City, this 1,600-acre master-planned development boasts more than 500 acres dedicated to green space.

Concerning quality-of-life attributes, Jerome Village encompasses 13 neighborhoods, a community center which features a restaurant, pool and fitness center. With a return to one of the region’s most desirable communities, parade-goers will experience the myriad homes offered, including those that fall within the $1-2 million price range. With its return this year, parade goers will have the opportunity to experience the broad spectrum of homes offered in one of the region’s most desirable communities, including those in the $1-2 million price range. The 2018 Parade of Homes takes place Saturday, Sept. 1 through Sunday, Sept. 16 and features seven stunning homes developed by some of the regions premier builders. The 2018 event dawns on Labor Day weekend, Saturday, Sept. 1 at Eversole Run in Union County. Seven homes will highlight this year’s tour, with home prices in the $750,000-$2 million range.

Jim Hilz Executive Director Jim will focus on the current state of the housing market which will cover single-family, condos and multi-family. He will also discuss the challenges we are facing with housing construction around central Ohio. Already building at Jerome Village and looking for property code, plats, color diversity exhibits, etc. Jerome Village is developed by Nationwide Realty Investors, the real estate development affiliate of Nationwide Insurance and the developer of the Arena District and Grandview Yard. 2018 BIA Parade of Homes prepares to rival, and surpass, previous events, familiar locations are revisited. The BIA Foundation is focused on developing and supporting residential construction training and placement initiatives and creating awareness of the residential construction industry as a career choice.
